Other Ways to Watch:

02/22/26: Friends Encourage the Heart
In the sermon Friends Encourage the Heart from 1 Samuel 18–20, we see the deep friendship between David and Jonathan during a time of danger and uncertainty. Jonathan strengthens David’s faith, supports him in hardship, and remains loyal despite personal cost. The message reminds us of the power of godly friendship—true friends encourage our hearts, point us toward God’s promises, and stand with us when we need it most.
02/15/26: Waiting on God Requires a Heart that Trusts God
In the sermon Waiting on God Requires a Heart that Trusts God from 1 Samuel 24 and 26, David has two opportunities to take Saul’s life but chooses instead to trust God’s timing and authority. Though anointed as king, David refuses to force what God had promised. The message reminds us that waiting on the Lord requires restraint, obedience, and confidence that His plans unfold perfectly in His time.
02/08/26: The Governor Who Trembled
In the sermon The Governor Who Trembled from Acts 24:22–27, Paul boldly speaks about righteousness, self-control, and the coming judgment before Governor Felix. Though convicted and afraid, Felix delays his decision and ultimately turns away. The message reminds us that hearing the truth is not enough—we must respond in repentance and faith while there is still time.
01/18/26: God Evaluates the Heart
In the sermon God Evaluates the Heart from 1 Samuel 16:6–13, God reminds Samuel that while people look at outward appearance, the Lord looks at the heart. As David is chosen and anointed, we see that God values humility, character, and a heart devoted to Him over status or strength. The message challenges us to examine our own hearts and to pursue inward faithfulness, knowing that God sees what others cannot.
01/11/26: A Broken Heart
We began our new sermon series Heart Matters with the message A Broken Heart from 1 Samuel 16:1–5. In this sermon, God calls Samuel to move forward after a season of grief, reminding us that fear, doubt, and mourning are temporary in His greater plan. The message encourages us to trust God even in brokenness, knowing that He is at work and that joy will come in His perfect timing.
01/04/26: God’s Will About the Future
In the sermon God’s Will About the Future from James 4:13–17, we are reminded that our lives are brief and the future is ultimately in God’s hands. James warns against making plans without acknowledging the Lord’s will and calls us to live with humility and dependence on Him. The message challenges us to trust God with tomorrow, seek His direction in our plans, and faithfully do what we know is right today.
12/28/25: Simeon & Anna
In the sermon Simeon & Anna from Luke 2:25–38, we see two faithful servants who waited patiently for God’s promise of the Messiah. Led by the Holy Spirit, Simeon recognizes Jesus as the Savior, while Anna gives thanks and speaks of Him to all who were waiting for redemption. The message reminds us that God is faithful to fulfill His promises and that those who wait on Him with faith and devotion will recognize His work and rejoice in His salvation.
12/17/25: GWKidz & GWCA Christmas Program
We enjoyed a special GWKidz & GWCA Christmas Program, as our children shared the joy of the season through songs, Scripture, and heartfelt performances. The program celebrated the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of Jesus—and reminded us of the faith, hope, and joy that come from Him.
12/14/25: Christmas Through The Decades
We celebrated our Christmas cantata, Christmas Through the Decades, a joyful presentation that traced the story of Christ’s birth through music from different eras. Each decade highlighted the unchanging message of hope, joy, and salvation found in Jesus, reminding us that while times and styles may change, the truth of Christmas remains the same—God sent His Son for the world.
12/07/25: Emmanuel is Miraculous & Personal
In the sermon Emmanuel is Miraculous & Personal from Matthew 1:18–25, the birth of Jesus is revealed as both a divine miracle and a deeply personal act of God’s love. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, Jesus fulfills prophecy as Emmanuel—“God with us.” The message reminds us that God not only intervenes powerfully in history but also draws near to each of us, offering His presence, comfort, and salvation through Christ.
11/30/25: The Ascension of Jesus
In the sermon The Ascension of Jesus from Luke 24:50–53 and Acts 1:1–11, Jesus blesses His disciples and is taken up into heaven, returning to His rightful place of authority at the Father’s side. The angels remind the disciples that He will come again, just as He ascended. The message teaches us that Jesus’ ascension confirms His kingship, empowers His people through the Holy Spirit, and calls us to live as faithful witnesses until He returns.
