What About My Child
GWKidz is our Children's Ministry and Awaken is our Youth Ministry. Our ultimate goal is for every child and young adult to know Christ personally and follow Him. We want our children and youth to:
- Grow in Wisdom- “I need to make the wise choice!”
- Grow in Faith- “I can trust God, no matter what!”
- Grow in Friendships- “I should treat others the way I want to be treated”
Safety is important to us at Greenwood. Your children are precious gifts from God and we want to protect them and help develop their spiritual growth. All children will be checked-in at the welcome station upon each visit and parents will be given a card identifying them and their child. Children areas are locked and video monitored. In addition, all of our volunteers go through annual background checks as part of our stewardship in protecting your child. We want you and your child to feel safe and protected in a loving environment where they can grow into the masterpiece God is creating them to be.
